Ordering Process

You can call or e-mail us, or order online.

We will typically get back to you very quickly with any questions or recommendations we have, samples that may be relevant to you, and pricing. If you have a crazy deadline, please just let us know and we will most likely be able to accommodate.

Once we get the go-ahead from you, turnaround on a first draft is usually less than two business days (or sooner if you need).

We anticipate the possibility of changes until you're completely happy with the map, and after we've sent a first draft, back-and-forth edits from you tend to be handled immediately (in a matter of minutes). We rarely charge any additional fees for edits.

Everything is fully customizable, both content and style. We can match your colors or fonts and provide options if desired.

We charge license fees to use our artwork, similar to art and music licensing. The first use of a given map is full price, and then subsequent reuses of repurposed versions of the same map are then 50% off (we try to be as lenient as possible in the application of that discount). Please contact us for specifics on pricing.

Once you're satisfied with the final product we'll e-mail you an invoice.
